By purchasing this digital product, you are obtaining a “license to use” these graphic images and designs. All copyrights are retained by the original creator of the file whether created by other venues (e.g. CU Images, CU Templates, PS Actions, etc.) or me.
For our EU Customers – please refer to my GDPR Privacy Agreement on my WordPress Blog. By downloading, you are agreeing to these terms.
TERMS OF USE – PERSONAL USE ITEMS YOU MAY:
*Scrap for Hire or *Scrap for Others is allowed as long as it is NOT for Commercial Use. My digital designs are not to be used by any professional business in any way. This legal document (TOU) is to protect the Terms of Use as directed by designers and artists representative of Designer / Commercial Use resources that I may purchase to create and “end product” for you to use. Thank you for abiding by these rules.
You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole for your layouts for your personal use OR to create gifts. These are NOT for resale, commercial, or profit in any way. You are welcome to submit your layouts for any publication, but it is required that you give proper credit to Alexis Design Studio.
You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. You may print a hard-copy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects only.
You may make ONE copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY, but NOT with intent to redistribute. You must also copy all copyright TOU notices along with these files.
NOTE: Freebies for Personal ONLY. they are NOT to be used in Scrap for Hire, Scrap for Others OR Commercial use in any way without written consent from Alexis Design Studio.
YOU MAY NOT:
You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.
You may not use any graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work, blogs, etc. This includes making your own kits or freebies.
You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e. web design/sites, templates, or any other projects which will produce income. You are not permitted to resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the graphics for use or distributions separately or in a format designed or intended or re-use by others.
You may bot use any graphics from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, political or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content graphics for any other use prohibited by law.
You may not use these graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM’s, sold or distributed in any way including making quick pages and posting them for free on a Creative Commons (CC0 License) type photo site or other online venue, they are not to be sold or redistributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, file sharing sites, chats, etc.

Use them in your Digital Scrapbooking Kits, Web Design, Handmade Cards (limit 500,) etc.
Digital overlays must be altered in order to be resold, elements may be used as is or altered.
You may use these for Personal Use (PU)
You may use these in “freebies” as long as they are altered and/or flattened.
YOU MAY NOT:
You may not claim these as your own.
You may not use them in CU4CU…in other words, you cannot make commercial use items from this for resale.
You cannot use them in mass produced items to sell on sites such as Etsy, Zazzle, eBay, etc, without purchasing a Extended Use License.
Do NOT claim as your own, or share them with others.
You may not use these graphics for any online collections, CD ROM’s, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, chats, file sharing, etc.
